These Ticket Sale Terms and Conditions set forth the provisions pursuant to which you (“you” or “Ticket Holder”) agree to purchase a ticket to the 19th Annual Natural Living Expo (the “Expo”) from Natural Living Expo, Inc. (“we,” “our” or “Natural Living Expo”). All Sales Final; No Refunds, Cancellations or Exchange. All ticket sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be made.
Admission. Natural Living Expo reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to refuse admission or eject any person who Natural Living Expo, in its sole discretion, determines poses a risk to the health and safety of other attendees and/or whose conduct violates these terms and conditions, any applicable code of conduct or is otherwise disorderly (or complicit in such conduct).
Use of Image. You grant permission to Natural Living Expo and its affiliates (and their respective designees and agents) to utilize your image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of or at the Expo in any medium or context for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further authorization or compensation.
Assumption of Risk; Release; Limitation of Liability. The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risks, hazards and dangers arising from, or related in any way to, the Expo (including, without limitation, any acts, omissions, offers or sales by vendors or other attendees), whether occurring prior to, during or after the Expo, including, without limitation, the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property and the risk of personal injury or death, howsoever caused and whether by negligence or otherwise. You hereby (a) waive all claims and potential claims relating to such risks, hazards and dangers, and (b) agree that neither Natural Living Expo nor its affiliates, employees, agents or owners are responsible or will be liable for any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability resulting from such causes, and they are expressly released from same.
IN NO EVENT SHALL NATURAL LIVING EXPO BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY AMOUNT PAID IN EXCESS OF THE FACE VALUE FOR THIS TICKET.
COVID-19 Warning. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness, including, without limitation, exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether that exposure occurs before, during, or after the Expo, and regardless of how caused or contracted. Ticket Holder hereby releases Natural Living Expo and its affiliates, employees, agents and owners from any and all claims of harm or liability, in law or in equity, relating to such risks, hazards and dangers.
Rights Reserved; Compliance Required. Natural Living Expo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend, update, supplement or modify these terms and conditions and/or any other policies and procedures relative to the ticket sale and/or Expo by providing notice to the Ticket Holder or by posting such amendment, supplement or modification on Natural Living Expo’s website at https://naturalexpo.org. It is the responsibility of the Ticket Holder to read and comply with these terms and conditions (as the same may be amended, supplemented or modified in accordance with the preceding sentence) and/or any other policies and procedures established by Natural Living Expo and the venue with respect to the Expo, including, without limitation, any security policies and health and safety protocols, policies and assessments.
Acceptance of Ticket Sale Terms and Conditions. Upon remitting payment for your ticket or by using a ticket, Ticket Holder accepts and agrees to be bound by the foregoing terms and conditions.
